Scholarships & Financial Aid
Genius Home offers scholarships and financial aid programmes to eligible learners. Scholarship applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Genius Home reserves the right to grant, deny, or revoke scholarships at its sole discretion. Misrepresentation of eligibility information may result in permanent account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genius Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
